| Educational Programme for University and foreign students CCCS activity is noted for its artistic programming specifically focused on artistic research of recent years, favoring multimedia languages and looking for an interactive relationship with the public. Following this approach, the main teaching activity takes the form of an art mediation that requires an active participation from visitors. Always considering specific levels and skills, the CCCS Educational team offers dialogical tours in which students, starting with their analysis, are required to actively participate in a confrontation with the mediators on the issues involved in the works. The intent is to create situations in which each participant can feel truly and critically involved, developing tools for reflection on the problems of our time. UNIVERSITY AND ACADEMIES ACTIVITIES: Mediation experience: dialogical tours in which each student is required to participate actively with personal reflections and responses in an ongoing confrontation with the mediators. Lectures: academics, critics and experts in the field of exhibitions delve into different exhibitions’ issues from different perspectives and research fields including sociology, aesthetics, new media and scientific disciplines. Focus: thematic trails, planed by the CCCS Educational team, which offer a deepening on some key concepts of the show through the analysis of a selection of works. Artist talk: meetings with Italian and international artists who tell their own path of research, debating the current dynamics of the art system. FOREIGN UNIVERSITY AND LANGUAGE SCHOOLS: CCCS Educational team also offers a specific programme dedicated to foreign students. Not only guided tours in English, but also the opportunity of workshops that mix together linguistic skills and artistic experience. Mediation experience: dialogical tours available both in Italian and English, in which each student is required to participate actively with personal reflections and responses in an ongoing confrontation with the mediators. Language workshop: the activity focuses on learning and deepening of the Italian vocabulary in a contemporary art exhibition. The purpose is to enrich the experience of English-speakers students, reworking the art knowledge or the language skills acquired during class time. During the visit, each student will receive a group of Italian words. The students will combine these with the exhibited pieces sparking with peers and the mediator a conversation and analysis of the works. The activity level is agreed on the specific needs of each teacher. Costs: Mediation experience: Language workshop: The student ticket (valid for 5 entrances in a month) is € 4.00. |
